CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY


In the event that the driver wishes to make changes or cancel the booking for any reason (such as death, accident, illness or any other personal reason, including non-payment of the balance), BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE PRIVATE LIMITED is entitled to levy a cancellation charge. It is imperative that all cancellations and amendments are notified in writing. Cancellation charges vary according to the number of days remaining before the departure date of the trip.
Here are the details of the charges applied:

  • More than 60 days before the trip departure date: A charge equivalent to 10% of the total price, plus a €200 handling fee, will be levied.
  • More than 60 days before the trip departure date: A charge equivalent to 10% of the total price, plus a €200 handling fee, will be levied.
  • Between 31 and 60 days before the trip departure date: A charge equivalent to 25% of the total price, plus a €200 handling fee, will be levied.
  • Between 16 and 30 days before the departure date: A charge equivalent to 50% of the total price, plus a processing fee of €200, will be levied.
  • Between 0 and 15 days before the departure date: A charge equivalent to 100% of the total price will be levied. This means that the full amount of the booking will be retained in the event of cancellation during this period.
  • Reminder: All cancellations must be notified in writing.
  • In the event of delay or if you think you will be late for your journey:
  • Contact details will be made available, and all necessary steps will be taken to organise alternative arrangements to meet you further down the road.
  • Additional charges may be levied on drivers to cover the costs of alternative arrangements.


  • It is essential to note that no refunds will be given for no-shows. If the driver is not present at the scheduled departure point, the above cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be made.

    Please remember to inform us in writing if you expect to be late or if you have any problems joining the journey at the agreed time.

    Any changes to the original booking must be notified in writing. Changes will only be processed once they have been officially received by BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE. However, if any of the amendment requests result in the cancellation of one or more services, it is important to note that BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE reserves the right to levy cancellation charges in accordance with the above conditions.

    To ensure efficient handling of changes, please inform us in writing of any requests for changes to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, whilst respecting the established cancellation policies.

    The above cancellation charges apply only to the main tour and optional tours organised by BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE. If the client has booked other services such as air, rail or any other product/service through BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE, BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE will apply the cancellation policy of the airline, rail or other service provider to levy cancellation charges.

    It is important to note that BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE is also entitled to recover its service charges for booking and cancelling these services for the customer. The cancellation policies of these third party services will apply, and any refunds or additional charges will be subject to their specific terms and conditions.

    For any cancellations or changes to these third party services, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can process the request in accordance with the rules and policies of these external providers.

    If BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE is forced to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond its control, such as political dangers, natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, or global pandemics like coronavirus, a processing fee of €200 will be charged.

    This processing fee will be used to cover the administrative costs associated with trip cancellation due to exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. Please note that in such situations no further cancellation charges will be applied, and BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE will do its best to inform affected clients as soon as possible.

    Such situations are beyond our control, but we will endeavour to minimise any inconvenience caused to travellers and to provide updated information regarding the cancellation and the next steps to be taken.

    The full payment made by the driver may be transferred to another driver, subject to certain conditions. This transfer is only possible if the new driver is introduced by the original driver and is qualified to carry out the planned tour. However, for this transfer to be accepted, the request must be communicated to BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE more than 60 days in advance of the departure date of the trip.

    It is important to note that this transfer is subject to prior approval by BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE. We reserve the right to accept or decline this transfer request based on availability, qualifications and any other relevant considerations.

    If all conditions are met and approval is granted, the original driver's full payment may be used by the new qualified driver to complete the scheduled tour.

    Make sure your travel insurance includes cover for cancellations. It's essential to be protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances that could lead to your trip being cancelled. Check the details of your insurance carefully to ensure that it provides adequate cover in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, family events, natural disasters or other valid reasons.

    Before finalising your trip with BRO RIDES MOTORCYCLE, please contact your insurance company to confirm the details of your coverage. By having the appropriate travel insurance in place, you can travel with peace of mind, knowing that you are protected in the event of an unexpected cancellation and that you will be able to benefit from compensation if necessary.

    The refund process will be completed within 15-20 working days of receipt of the cancellation request. The refund will be made online or offline, depending on the customer's preference. The options available are bank transfer, cheque or stop payment, depending on what is most convenient for the customer.

    However, it is important to note that transfer fees such as payment gateway fees or bank charges, which were charged at the time of booking, will not be refundable. These charges applied by financial service providers when processing payments cannot be recovered in the event of cancellation.

    We recommend that you carefully check the details of your booking and review the terms and conditions regarding refunds and applicable charges before proceeding with the booking.
